Pizza crust using
Ezekiel 4:9 flat bread. Advantage: you don't
have to wait 2 days for yeast to die in the yeast raised bread. We like
the texture of the bread used in our Heart Shapped pizza bread recipe but
for quick preparation this is a good healthy crust. If you prepare the
crust ahead and keep in freezer, just scroll down to that heart shaped
pizza written up after this one. Pictures included.
1/1/2 Cup WW flour 1/3 C Corn meal (fine) 1T olive Oil 1 1/2 tsp Salt 1/2 Cup Lentils (cooked) 1 T Millet (ground into powder) 1 1/2 C Water Flatten onto oiled round pan. Bake 20 minutes @ 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

Priego garden mushroom sauce can be on the base or use your favorite non spicy sauce Top with olives, Fresh pieces of sweet pepper, or crushed pinapple, and tofu cheese Bake another 15-20 minutes @ 350 degrees |
Tofu cheese
"Tofu Cheese topping" Into blender combine 1 1/2 tsp salt 1/2 tsp dill weed 1/4 garlic clove 1 pkg.of tofu mori-nu silken sealed package. Discard water out of box and place tofu in blender. 1 little tiny jar (1/3 Cup) of canned red sweet peppers (pimento) (adds color) 1/4 cup of sesame seeds (provides rich cheesy flavor) Hint: (Whiz this one first and it will end up smoother.) 2-3 Tablespoons of nutritional yeast flakes (great cheese flavor) 1 tsp Bills chicken ish seasoning 1/2 C water to help it blend. (May need to add more if the blender is having difficulty.) 1 hot boiled potato (helps thicken and adds volume to sauce) 1 tsp lemon juice concentrate (helps thicken)
