Dips, Sauces and Mayonaise
1/2 C cooked cornmeal (yellow)
1 Tablespoon olive oil
1 tsp salt
(Optional) 2 Tablespoons of Tofu seasoned with 1/8 tsp chick-nish ( as vegetable seasoning sold locally in the Northwest) This does something for smoothness and texture that tastes good.
Blend together till very smooth. Chill and serve.
