Here is Julie's Pickle Recipe Brine: 20 C water 4 C lemon Juice 5 T pickling salt boil for 15 min. Pack sterilized jars with fresh dill (slice stem), cabbage leaf, garlic, and cucumbers
Pour boiling brine in jar, seal jar, and water bath for 1 minute. Turn the heat off and leave jars in hot water for 15 minutes. Happy pickling!!! |
