Rocks: dates and raisins
Lava: strawberries, apples, peaches, pineapple, oranges, apricots
Ashes: Coconut flakes
Snow left on mountain: Tofu whipped cream topped with ground up almonds, pecans and sunflower seeds.
Serving bowls can contain all the toppings and these are passed around as each decorates just the way they want. It is fun to challenge the artists in the family with a quarter to the ones who make the prettiest volcano.
