C cooked Rice blended fine
1/2 C cooked wheat berries blended fine
1 C water
1 C Tofu morinu silken , blended fine
1/4 C Liquid aminos (non fermented form of soy sauce)
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp salt
1 Tablespoon Dill
1 C almonds chopped or sliced
Add 2 Cups water
Used over green beans. Makes a delightful creamy and
crunchy sauce. This is a favorite among my teenagers.
( Optional )1/2 cup mushrooms
(Optional) To make this thicker, you can add 2
Tablespoons corn starch while the green beans and creamy white sauce are
boiling.
This was one of my favorite things my mother made
when I was little. I find my own children love it just as much as I did.
