What is Good diet?

Let us look at what the Bible says.

God loves us so much that He has given us counsel about what is best for us to eat. He gave us fruits, grains and nuts to eat for best health. Look at what the Bible says.

Genesis 1:29 And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat. (in this case the word "meat" means food)

 I Corinthians 10:31 Whether therefore ye eat, or drink, or whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God. 

Some think it does not matter what you eat. If you are hungry just eat whatever you can find. It stops the hunger pains and they go on with their activities not realizing that over time, the disaster happens inside their bodies. Slowly they deteriorate and they are not nearly as strong as they could be.
After the flood, to help the people survive because all plants had been destroyed, God gave certain animals for them to eat. This also helped to shorten lives so they did not  live almost one thousand years. In Leviticus 11 the Bible describes which meat could be used as food. Now after thousands of years, the disease has increased so terribly that it is better just to eat fruits, grains, and nuts and vegetables. There are examples of these recipes on this web site. Try them out. They are delicious.
After you read the story about the temple, God's tent, you will understand this next Bible verse better. 

I Corinthians 3:16 Know ye not that ye are the temple of God, and [that] the Spirit of God dwelleth in you? 
3:17 If any man defile the temple of God, him shall God destroy; for the temple of God is holy, which [temple] ye are. 

God says you are so special to Him that you are like the sacred House of God. He wants you all clean inside from sins and from eating unhealthy things. He wants you in the best condition you can be so you can feel good. For best health, God recommends 8 remedies: exercise, water, rest, sunshine, diet, fresh air, temperance, and trust in God. If you do these things daily, you don't need me, Dr. Rose, or any other doctor to help you very often.

 By getting regular exercise, lots of fresh air, drinking  six to eight cups of fresh water, getting several hours of sleep before midnight, eating the right things at the right times, getting sunshine exposure daily, and trusting is God you get the 8 natural remedies that God has provided for your health.
