Whole Wheat Flour
1/4 C Oat flour 1/4 C Barley flour 1/2 C Pecans, chopped 1/3 Carob chips 1/4 tsp Salt 1/3 C Honey 1/4 C Peanut Butter 2 T Gluten flour 2 tsp Vanilla powder 1/3 C Water 1 T Olive oil Directions: Form into round balls. Bake at 350 for 18 minutes taking care not to burn. After 13 minutes, take out and oil fingers lightly and roll in powdered coconut with sprinkles of vanilla powder. Return to oven to bake another 5 minutes. Yields: 30-38
