Carob Cream Pie Mini shells |

Cups cooked polenta (Polenta is corn meal)
1 1/2cup hot water 6 Tablespoons carob powder 1/2 C honey 1 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp Cardamom 1/2 tsp Coriander Blend all ingredients together till real creamy and pour into mini shell molds, or teddy bear molds, or heart shapes. Serve as pictured or simply alone with fruit. It tastes delicious with canned cherries or pie cherry filling. Another possibility: Serve with lower piece of shell the banana muffin mini shell and the top one carob cream pie. |
