Olive Dressing

1/3 cup  lemon juice
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup Extra Virgin olive oil
1 garlic clove minced
1 tablespoon minced onion
1/2 teaspoon basil
1 teaspoon oregano
1 tablespoon Braggs liquid aminos
(nonfermented soy sauce)

Mix together and allow to sit several
hours before use if possible . Do not
refrigerate, store in cool dark place.

This is the best salad dressing ever!

 

Almond and Tofu "ranch" style Dressing (like almondase) 

Best use cheese cloth and strain the almond fiber for creamier texture. I use it all and the family likes it. Fiber is good but if you are not used to it, try straining out the fiber and use that fiber in a recipe for patties.

¾ c almonds

1 ½ c water

Blend up these items well then add the next ingredients.

1 silken morinu tofu

1 ½ tsp lemon juice

¼ tsp Onion powder

½ tsp sea salt

¼ clove garlic

½ tsp dill

Directions: place all in blender and add ½ c more water if you desire a more liquid dressing. Chill and serve.

Optional: add avocado
